This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for June 6 – 12, 2015.
NOTE: Cable Control Systems was delayed last week and will now be on site this week on The Esplanade digging trenches to lay cable for Rogers to service Backstage. The cable work will temporarily disrupt traffic along The Esplanade. Cable Control Systems will be applying for any relevant permits.

Backstage suite kitchen June 5
Saturday, June 6
- Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
- On-site housekeeping.
Monday, June 8
- Cable Control Systems for Rogers will be digging trenches for incoming services for Backstage.
- NOTE: The cable work will disrupt traffic along The Esplanade. Cable Control Systems will be applying for any relevant permits.
- Interior suite finishing all day.
- Toro Aluminum will be delivering windows for the roof. Their truck will occupy the south curb lane on The Esplanade from 8:00 am to approximately 12:00 pm.
- Drywall delivery from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Tuesday, June 9
- Cable Control Systems for Rogers will be digging trenches for incoming services for Backstage.
- NOTE: The cable work will disrupt traffic along The Esplanade. Cable Control Systems will be applying for any relevant permits.
- Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
Wednesday, June 10
- Tile and Kitchen delivery after 7:00 am.
- Drywall delivery after 12:00 pm
- Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
Thursday, June 11
- Interior suite finishing all day.
- Toro Aluminum will be delivering windows for the roof. Their truck will occupy the south curb lane on The Esplanade from 8:00 am to approximately 12:00 pm.
Friday, June 12
- Cooltech and Professional Carpentry deliveries after 7:00 am.
- Interior suite work: drywall and finishing all day.
Backstage interior work
NOTES:
- All rebar deliveries are now complete.
- A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily.
- Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
