Saturday, April 4

• No Construction Work is Scheduled. 

Monday, April 6

• Concrete pour for the curbs on the roof (8 meters of concrete), starting at 2:00 pm. 

•  Interior suite drywall and finishing.

•  Waterproofing 5^th floor podium.

Tuesday, April 7

• Drywall deliveries for the 13^th floor, from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

• Elevator machine room roof  concrete pour by subcontractor Italform (35meters of concrete), starting at 11:00 am.

• Waterproofing 5^th floor podium.

• Concrete finishing till 10:00 pm

Wednesday, April 8

• Concrete pour for the curbs on the roof (8 meters of concrete), starting at 2:00 pm. 

•  Interior suite drywall and finishing.

•  Starting swimming pool work on the  5^th floor podium.

Thursday, April 9

• Concrete pour for the curbs on the roof (8 meters of concrete), starting at 2:00 pm.

• Concrete pour for the curbs on the roof (8 meters of concrete), starting at 2:00 pm.

• Window delivery occupying north curb lane of the Esplanade, three tractor trail loads, from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.

• We have been advised that the City of Toronto will  be carrying out road repair and resurfacing on The Esplanade.

Backstage Construction Schedule March 21 – 27, 2015

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for March 21 – 27, 2015.   The remaining protective platforms are coming down this Saturday from the south side of the tower. The mechanical roof slab and wall and column concrete pours continue through the week.

• Subcontractor Italform will be removing the remaining protection platforms from the south side of the building, facing the railway corridor. Three (3) tractor trails will be required to transport.
• Three trailers will arrive at 11:00 am.

Saturday, March 14

• Subcontractor Italform will be removing three (3) protection platforms from the south side of the building, facing the railway corridor. Three (3) tractor trails will be required to transport.
• The first trailer will arrive at 11:00 am.
• The second trailer at 1:00 pm, and
• The third trailer at 2:00 pm.

• Most of the work will take place on the 5^th floor podium and then loaded on to trailers.

UPDATED on March 6, 2015 – Schedule for March 7 updated below. 

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for February 28 – March 7, 2015.  

Concrete pours for the ROOF slab were not able to begin last week. The first roof slab concrete pour work is now slated to begin this Tuesday. We have included some photos below from our visit today to the podium roof deck, 8th and 13th floors. 

Extreme weather may once again affect the construction schedule. Please check back for regular updates.
