Hoist Issues at L Tower today — Apologies for Traffic Delays

Unfortunately there were some issues today with deliveries for both LTower and Backstage due to problems with the hoist (external elevator).

This caused some traffic delays in the area.

We pass on the Construction Management Teams apologies for the inconvenience.

L Tower Construction Schedule Updates – March 14 & 15

The Construction Schedule for the L Tower Condominium has been updated for March 14 and Saturday, March 15 below. 

Friday March 14

Crane work added to Friday’s schedule of work

Saturday, March 15

  • Deliveries to the hoist from 9:00 am
  • Some light crane work as required.

Backstage & L Tower Construction Schedule for March 8

Backstage 

Saturday, March 8

  • Small carpenter crew from the Forming company will be working on crash wall from 9:00 am.
  • A Dominus crew  will be on-site doing house keeping tasks, working from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.

 L Tower

Saturday, March 8

  •  Staff will be at work inside the tower from 7:00 am.
  • Crane, bobcat and hoist work will begin after 9:00 am.

Please Note: Any work involving construction noise will be scheduled to begin at or after 9:00 am.

Backstage 

Saturday, March 1

  • Fourth floor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.
  • After slab, 50 cubic metre wall and column concrete pour by subcontractor Italform. 
  • Concrete Finishing to 10:30 pm.

 L Tower

Saturday, March 1

  •  Weather Permitting the Hoist will be raised and Window Work will be undertaken. 

Please Note: Any work involving construction noise will be scheduled to begin at or after 9:00 am.
