This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and
Backstage condominium – for May 7 – 11, 2012

Monday, May 7

Between 9 am and 3 pm, Deep Foundation, will be “float out” the drill rig from the site at 1 The Esplanade on a large truck, under police escort.
- Pedestrian and vehicular traffic will be impacted during this operation.
- Please check back on May 7 for a more precise time for the “float out.”
Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 30 loads.

Tuesday, May 8

Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 30 loads.

Wednesday, May 9

Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 30 loads.

Thursday, May 10

Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 30 loads.

Friday, May 11

Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: six (6) dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 30 loads.

All the piles and caissons are complete on the site.

A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.

Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be delivering a drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade after 9 am, under police escort.
- There will be short-term disruptions to vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The construction management team apologizes for any short-term inconvenience this may cause.

NOTE: Subcontractor, Deep Foundation will be delivering a large drill rig to the site at 1 The Esplanade in order to complete the piles and caisson work this week. The delivery date is not confirmed at the time of posting. Please check back for updated information.

Monday, April 9

Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.
Subcontractor, GFL Excavating will be removing material from the site: 4 dump trucks will take 5 loads each, for a total of 20 loads.

Subcontractor, Deep Foundation, will be installing a second row of tie backs.

NOTE: The job site at 1 The Esplanade is in transition from GFL Excavating to Deep Foundation for the completion of pile and caisson work and starting at the second row tie back. There will be a drill rig and tie back drill delivered to the site but the delivery date are not confirmed at this time. Please check back for updates.

Update for Friday October 7 and Saturday October 8

This is an update for 1 The Esplanade for Friday, October 7:

Sub-contractor Deep Foundation will be floating out the drill rig from The Esplanade gate. The float will arrive under police escort between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm. Once loaded the float will leave under police escort.

During these hours there will be significant impact on pedestrian and vehicular traffic.

The construction management team apologizes in advance for any temporary inconvenience. All efforts will be made to ensure the operation is carried out as efficiently and safely as possible.

This is an update for 8 The Esplanade for Saturday October 8:

Dominus and Sub-contractor, Premform will work from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm on the L Tower site.
