Work on the podium is being ramped up now that the nice weather is finally here. The porcelain tile is being installed on the east ‘fins’ of the tower. The tiling of outdoor swimming pool has begun and will continue through the coming week or more, weather permitting. Work is starting on some of the block work on the south end of the podium which will be supporting the concrete deck along the backside of the pool.
