This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade, November 14 – 20, 2016
Backstage west face of the tower November 11.
The past week at Backstage has seen more progress installing porcelain tiles on the east face of the tower.
On the west side the porcelain tile installation is now complete. This week balcony railings will start being installed.
A tent was set up on the amenity roof deck to permit tiling and finishing work on the outdoor pool during cold weather.
Interior work this week will see the amenity steam rooms are being worked. Other amenity areas are nearing completion with wall panelling being installed. Corridor wallpaper has been installed from 2nd floor to the 5th floor with only hallway carpeting remaining to be completed.
