This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade, September 12 – 18, 2016
Progress continues on the Backstage exterior. The porcelain supports on the east side are up to 30th floor and should reach the top of the building this week. On the tower’s west side the porcelain cladding was completed to the 28th last week with the aim of completing it this week or early next week.
Stucco work along the north east elevation, adjacent the “Green P” driveway, will be nearing completion this week.
On the interior, amenity area finishes are progressing:
- On the 5th floor amenity space wall panels are going up.
- On the 6th floor, bathroom tiles are complete in the guest suites, while and vanity cabinets have arrived and will be installed this week.
- Corridor wallpaper has been installed on 7th and 6th floors, and flooring has been completed on the 7th floor.
- Finished suites that remain unoccupied are going through inspections, getting ready for upcoming move-ins.

- Limited interior and exterior work as necessary.

- Possible move-ins.
