Backstage Construction Update – August 2 – 8, 2016

This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade, August 2 – 8, 2016

Crews have taken down down one of the mast climbers on the west side of the north face of the building and moved that, plus a third mast climber one along the east side of the podium adjacent to the at the Green P parking garage entrance.  
 
Through discussions with the Toronto Parking Authority, construction management has secured permission to close and occupy one lane of the parking entrance for approximately one month to complete work along that eastern exterior wall.  
 
Caulking work continues on along the north face of the podium where where limestone cladding has been completed, to the west of the parking entrance.
 
Inside finishing work continues in the amenity spaces through the week. 
 
Construction management continues to prepare suites for the next round of occupancies.
