Backstage Construction Update April 30 – May 6, 2016

This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade April 30 – May 6, 2016

Progress on exterior work was slowed by the poor weather in the past week. The southeast balcony railing installation has begun is already about ½ way down the building; work continues on the balcony railings this coming week. On the interior, wallpapering has been completed up to the 35^th floor. Kitchens arrived for suites from 7^th floor to 3^rd floor and are being installed. The ground floor entrance lobby stone has been installed and the construction team is will be working on the other finishes throughout the building in the coming week.
