Backstage Construction Update April 23 – 29, 2016

This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade April 23 – 29, 2016

Work on the exterior envelope is progressing at Backstage.  The stone supports are continuing to be installed along the west side of the site. Railings have arrived for the southeast balconies and installation has begun and will continue through the coming week. Inspections for the 35^th and 36^th floors started April 22 the building inspector will be continuing inspection work this coming. Wallpaper is now complete up to 35^th floor and carpeting is complete up to 34^th floor.
