Backstage Construction Update April 9 – 15, 2016

This is a construction update for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade April 9 – 15, 2016

In the past week construction efforts have faced a few slowdowns on the exterior due to the unseasonable weather. Even with these conditions, the Limestone is continuing to be installed up the North face of the building. The porcelain tile cladding of the ‘fins’ on the West side of the tower is also continuing.  Railing glass has been completed at the Southwest corner of the tower and these railings have been inspected, and passed. 

On the interior, suites have been completed up to the 34^th floor.  The Kitchens are in on 35^th and 36^th with flooring work in-progress.  Building occupancy inspections for the 31^st to 34^th floors are currently in-progress with the various consultants and the Building Inspector. These should be completed this coming week. Move-ins will follow for the units that have been completed and successfully inspected.
