Overall:

Move-ins continue at L Tower. Suite and interior work continues on the few remaining unfinished units.

The tower crane remains in-place as the final work to install the rooftop maintenance unit has not yet been completed. We expect this work to be underway in and completed in April. When we have dates for the completion of this work and the lowering of the tower crane we will post them here. Please check back for updates.

Tower Crane:

The exterior tower crane will remains up. The new derrick and related equipment that will enable the installation of the permanent maintenance platform for the building was not available when originally expected. Therefore the installation of the derrick which requires the tower crane to lift into place will not occur until April. Similarly we now expect the the tower crane to be lowered in Apirl.  We will have updates on the timing of this as they become available.

NOTE for L Tower Residents

We get enquires from L Tower residents about the progress of internal work in the building. While we are happy to direct these enquiries to the appropriate people, please note that the purpose of this site is to provide construction information to external neighbourhood stakeholders, particularly in the immediate St. Lawrence Market neighbourhood.
