This is the construction schedule for Backstage Condominium, 1 The Esplanade March 5 – 11, 2016
Suites up to the 25th floor are ready for the occupancy as move-ins to Backstage continue through the weekend and the coming week. Exterior glazing on tower is ongoing as is facade work on the podium but both are weather dependent. Interior suite finishing continues ftom the 26th through 36th floors.
Occasional deliveries will occur as needed with minimal impact on the street or traffic flows.

- Podium cladding installation and window installation on the southeast elevation.
- Third and fourth floor garage floors painted in preparation for use by new residents.

- Move-ins continue.
- Interior suite work: drywall and final finishing.
- Podium cladding installation and window installation on the southeast elevation.
