This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for February 13 – 19, 2016

Weather permitting, exterior work continues on the podium and the tower with cladding and glazing installation. Occasional deliveries will occur as needed with minimal impact on the street or traffic flows. Work continues on the interior of the building readying suites for occupancy. Move-ins to Backstage are underway

• Weather conditions permitting: Work on the tower and podium exteriors continues.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Weather conditions permitting: Work on the tower and podium exteriors continues.
