This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for January 30 – February 5, 2016

Work continues on the interior of the building readying suites for occupancy. Exterior work is focussed on the podium cladding and the tower, where windows and balcony glazing are being installed. Occasional deliveries may occur as needed with minimal impact on the street or traffic flows. The first move-ins to Backstage are expected in February and may start as soon as this coming week.
