Backstage Construction Update November 23 – 27

This a construction update for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for November 23 – 27, 2015.

Exterior work at Backstage on the balconies and the podium continues this week. Work on the ground floor parking garage is also proceeding with this week. The internal elevators are all commissioned but work continues on fitting out their interiors. The external hoist remains in use for construction purposes. Deliveries occur daily, including kitchen cabinetry for the 33rd and 34th floors.

Wednesday November 25

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 33rd floor.
• Work on the tower balconies and podium exterior continues. 

Thursday November 26

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery.
• Work on the tower balconies and podium exterior continues. 

Friday November 27

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 34th floor.
• Work on the tower balconies and podium exterior continues.
