Backstage Construction Schedule November 16 – 21 2015

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for November 16 -21, 2015.

Temporary lighting has been added this past week along the Backstage construction fence line to help illuminate the walkway on the south of The Esplanade.  Deliveries continue through the week with suites on the 33rd and 34th floors will be receiving their kitchen cabinets this week.

• Drywall delivery.
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Tuesday November 17

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery. 
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Wednesday November 18

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 33rd floor.
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Thursday November 19

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery.
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Friday November 20

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 34th floor.
• Work on the podium exterior continues.

Saturday November 21

• Appliance delivery.
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.
