Backstage Construction Schedule November 7 – 14 2015 – updated

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for November 7 -14, 2015.

Work at Backstage continues on the ground floor parking level interior drywall work, suite finishing and exterior glazing. As usual, regular deliveries of materials and supplies continue through the week. 

UPDATE: there will be an appliance delivery on Saturday November 14 – see below.

Saturday November 7

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.

Monday November 9

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery in the morning. 
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Tuesday November 10

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Wednesday November 11

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 31st floor.
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Thursday November 12

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery for floors 21 – 23.
• Elevator cab #1 will be commissioned
• Work on the podium exterior continues. 

Friday November 13

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen cabinet delivery for the 32nd floor.
• Work on the podium exterior continues.

Saturday November 14

• Appliance Delivery – updated
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.
