This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for October 24 – 30, 2015.

Backstage’s tower exterior is almost fully glazed, work continues to complete windows on the podium level. Work continues to finish the ground floor parking level. Drywall work, suite finishing and regular deliveries to the site continue through the week.

Backstage Podium Windows and Tower

Saturday October 24

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.

Backstage ground floor lobby interior

Monday October 26

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Window delivery between 8 am and 10 pm 
• Drywall delivery in the morning. 
• Podium window installation and work on the ground floor parking garage continue. 

Tuesday October 27

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 
• Podium window installation and work on the ground floor parking garage continue. 

Wednesday October 28

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen delivery in the morning 
• Podium window installation and work on the ground floor parking garage continue. 

Thursday October 29

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery in the morning. 
• Podium window installation and work on the ground floor parking garage continue. 

Friday October 30

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Podium window installation and work on the ground floor parking garage continue.
