Backstage Construction Schedule October 17 – 23, 2015

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for October 17 – 23, 2015.

Two construction office trailers that are no longer in use will be removed on October 17 from the Yonge Street Railway Bridge. Backstage’s exterior is almost fully glazed, work will continue to complete it over the next few weeks. Soon exterior cladding will be applied to the podium. Work continues to finish the ground floor parking level, along with regular deliveries to the site.

Saturday October 17

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.
• Removal of two (2) site construction office trailers (pictured below) from the Yonge Street railway bridge, via the train tracks on the south side of the site and then out to Jarvis Street via the alley south of the Toronto Parking Authority Please click here for the Google Earth view.

Monday October 19 – ELECTION DAY

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Window delivery between 8 am and 10 pm 
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 
• Work on the ground floor parking garage continues. 

Tuesday October 20

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 
• Work on the ground floor parking garage continues. 

Wednesday October 21

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Kitchen delivery in the afternoon. 
• Work on the ground floor parking garage continues. 

Thursday October 22

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery in the morning. 
• Work on the ground floor parking garage continues. 

Friday October 23

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• HVAC material delivery in the morning, after 7:00 am.
• Carpentry material delivery in the afternoon.
• Work on the ground floor parking garage continues.
