One of the unique elements of the L Tower is the underground parking which is located under the Backstage condominium on the south side of The Esplanade. The private tunnel that will connect L Tower residents to their parking spaces is getting closer to its opening date. The floors in the south or garage side tunnel lobby are seen here as they complete the drying process.

Construction elements remain at the base of the L Tower crane until the permanent window washing platform is installed at the top of the tower.
