Backstage Construction Schedule October 3 – 9, 2015

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for October 3 – 9, 2015.

Backstage’s 2nd floor parking level has been completed, unit drywall has been installed to the 3oth floor, kitchen cabinetry is in up to the 21st floor and kitchen appliances have been put in up to the 11th floor. This week work will be underway to prepare the ground floor parking area and entrance way for finishing.

Saturday October 3

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.

Backstage 2nd floor parking level

Monday October 5

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Prep work on the ground floor parking garage. 

Tuesday October 6

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 
• Prep work on the ground floor parking garage. 

Wednesday October 7

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Appliance delivery in the afternoon. 
• Prep work on the ground floor parking garage.

Thursday October 8

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Prep work on the ground floor parking garage.

Friday October 9

• HVAC material delivery in the morning after 7:00 am.
• Carpentry material delivery in the morning after 7:00 am.
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Prep work on the ground floor parking garage.
