Backstage Construction Schedule September 12 – 19, 2015

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for September 12 – 19, 2015.

NOTE: The trench dug along the northern perimeter of  the backstage site to permit removal of the remains of the construction caisson wall will be filled in on Monday September 14. Nine (9) concrete trucks will provide the required concrete to fill in the trench. The existing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage will be removed over the course of the next week and replaced on a temporary basis with asphalt.

Saturday September 12

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping.

Monday September 14

• 84 meters of concrete backfill will be delivered by nine (9) concrete trucks to fill in the open trench
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Removing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage.

Tuesday September 15

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Removing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage.
• Drywall delivery in the afternoon. 

Wednesday September 16

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Removing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage.
• Appliance delivery for the 10th and 11th floors in the afternoon. 

Thursday September 17

• Kitchen delivery in the morning after 7:00 am. 
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Removing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage.

Friday September 18

• HVAC material delivery in the morning after 7:00 am.
• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Removing concrete sidewalk in front of Backstage.

Saturday September 19

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Putting down temporary asphalt to cover the removed sidewalk area.
