Backstage Construction Schedule August 29 – September 4, 2015

This is the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for August 29 – September 4, 2015.

NOTE: Please note that temporary crane work and cladding work continues at Backstage tower Monday, August 31 through Wednesday September 2.

The mobile crane will be active on Monday, August 31, necessitating the closure of the eastbound traffic lane from Yonge Street and the south side pedestrian route. Permit Access Mast 8 days – August 25 – September 2

For the balance of Monday – Wednesday, it is expected that the traffic lane will be open and pedestrians will be able to use the south side walkway. The north sidewalk remains open 24/7 between Scott and Yonge.

Saturday August 29

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Construction housekeeping

Delivery at Backstage, August 28

Monday August 31

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Mobile crane in use at Yonge and on the west side of Back Stage, traffic lane road closures through the day.

Tuesday September 1

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• Drywall delivery 12 pm to 4 pm

Wednesday September 2

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• 23rd floor kitchen delivery 8 am to 11 am
• Drywall delivery 12 pm to 4 pm

Thursday September 3

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Friday September 4

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• HVAC material delivery in the morning after 7:00 am.
• Carpentry delivery in the morning after 7:00 am.
