This the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for August 22 – 28, 2015.

NOTE: Please note that temporary crane work and cladding work on the Backstage tower will be occurring from Monday, August 24 through Wednesday September 2.

The road closure will occur only on weekdays and will affect the eastbound traffic lane between Yonge Street and the east entrance to the Toronto Parking Authority garage and the south side pedestrian walkway.

Saturday August 22

• Interior suite finishing
• Construction housekeeping

Kitchen installation underway at Backstage

Monday August 24

• Interior suite finishing
• Window delivery for 2nd to 4th floor
• Mobile crane setup at Yonge and Esplanade to erect mast climbing scaffold on west side of Back Stage.

Tuesday August 25

• Interior suite finishing
• Drywall delivery 12 pm to 4 pm
• Mobile crane setup at Yonge and Esplanade to erect mast climbing scaffold on west side of Back Stage.

Wednesday August 26

• Interior suite finishing
• 23rd floor kitchen delivery 8 am to 11 am
• Drywall delivery 12 pm to 4 pm
• Mobile crane setup at Yonge and Esplanade to erect mast climbing scaffold on west side of Back Stage.

Thursday August 27

• Interior suite finishing
• Mobile crane setup at Yonge and Esplanade to erect mast climbing scaffold on west side of Back Stage.

Friday August 28

• Interior suite finishing
• Ventilation material delivery in AM
• Carpentry delivery in AM
• Mobile crane setup at Yonge and Esplanade to erect mast climbing scaffold on west side of Back Stage.
