This the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for August 15 – 21, 2015.

NOTE: Another quiet week as suite finishing and interior work on the Backstage tower predominate. Material deliveries occur throughout the week but minimal impact on pedestrian and vehicle traffic is expected.

Saturday, August 15

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Housekeeping work on-site.

Monday, August 17

• Interior suite finishing all day.

Tuesday, August 18

• Interior suite finishing all day. 

• Drywall delivery from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Wednesday, August 19

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Kitchen deliveries for interior suites from 8:00 am to 11:00 am.

• Steel stud deliveries from Noon to 3:00 pm. 

Thursday, August 20

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• No scheduled deliveries. 

Friday, August 21

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• HVAC and carpentry materials deliveries in the morning.

• There may be some short-term impacts on pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow as delivery trucks are moved into and out of position.
