Backstage Construction Schedule August 1 – 7, 2015

This the construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for August 1 – 7, 2015.

NOTE: This week at Backstage drywall is being delivered for the 27th floor as corridors in the building are being finished from floors 15 to 19. Work also continues on the podium deck and the parking levels. The site will be closed on Monday, August 2 for the holiday.

Saturday, August 1

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• On-site housekeeping.

Backstage Podium Deck July 31

Monday, August 3 – Holiday – SITE CLOSED

Tuesday, August 4

• Interior suite finishing all day. 

• Drywall delivery for the 27th floor suites, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Wednesday, August 5

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Kitchen materials delivery for the 20th floor suites, in the morning.

• United drywall delivery for hallway corridors on the 15th to 19th floors, from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Thursday, August 6

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Tile delivery for the 22nd to 23rd floors, in the morning.

Friday, August 7

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• There will be a CoolTech delivery of professional carpentry materials, in the morning.

• There may be some short-term impacts on pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow as delivery trucks are moved into and out of position.
