Backstage Construction Schedule July 4 – 10, 2015

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for July 4 – 10, 2015. 

NOTE: Another “quiet” construction week at Backstage as work is focused on interior suites, with regular deliveries of supplies and materials. Work also proceeds on on some of the public spaces, such as the future 2nd floor Public Exhibit Space, which will feature a future PATH connection to Union Station.

Backstage July 2, 2015

Saturday, July 4

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• On-site housekeeping.

Section of the future 2nd floor Public Exhibit Space at Backstage.

Monday, July 6

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Kitchen deliveries in the morning, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

Tuesday, July 7

• Interior suite finishing all day. 

• Steel stud deliveries in the afternoon, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

Wednesday, July 8

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Drywall deliveries in the afternoon, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

Thursday, July 9

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Kitchen deliveries in the morning, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

Friday, July 10

• Interior suite finishing all day.

Yonge Street Railway Bridge – construction staging area, future PATH Connection to Union Station.

 NOTES:

• There may be some short-term impacts on pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow as delivery trucks are moved into and out of position.
