This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for June 27 – July 3, 2015. 

NOTE: Aecon will be on The Esplanade Monday and Tuesday installing Bell services, some traffic disruptions and noise should be expected. Otherwise the focus at Backstage this week will continue to be on interiors all week.

Saturday, June 27

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.
• On-site housekeeping.

Monday, June 29

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Drywall deliveries in the afternoon, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

• Aecon will be on The Esplanade installing Bell services, some traffic disruptions and noise should be expected.

Tuesday, June 30

• Aecon will be on The Esplanade installing Bell services, some traffic disruptions and noise should be expected. 

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Wednesday, July 1 – Canada Day

• SITE CLOSED for the national holiday. 

Thursday, July 2

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• Drywall deliveries in the afternoon, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street.

Friday, July 3

• Various trade deliveries all day, at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street

• Interior suite finishing all day.

• There may be some short-term impacts on pedestrian and vehicular traffic flow as delivery trucks are moved into and out of position.
