This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for June 13 – 19, 2015. 

NOTE: The focus at Backstage this week will be on interiors, especially kitchens and drywalling. A relatively quiet week after the past three weeks.

Saturday, June 13

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

• On-site housekeeping.

Monday, June 15 

• Interior suite finishing all day.

Tuesday, June 16

• Countertop and drywall deliveries throughout the day at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street. 

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Wednesday, June 17

• Kitchens cabinet and steel stud deliveries throughout the day at the south side of The Esplanade, east of Scott Street. 

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Thursday, June 18

• Interior suite finishing all day.

Friday, June 19

• Professional Carpentry deliveries after 7:00 am.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing all day.
