This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for May 16 – 22, 2015. 

ADVANCE NOTICE: May 26, 27 & 28 the tower crane will be taken down from Backstage, The Esplanade will be closed to traffic from Yonge to the Novotel (east of Scott) and there will be no access to Scott Street from The Esplanade. Pedestrian access to Yonge Street will be closed while the crane is taken down. Please click here for more information.

Saturday, May 16

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

MONDAY – VICTORIA DAY – site closed

Tuesday, May 19

• Steel stud delivery for 19^th floor, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm 

• Drywall delivery, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Wednesday, May 20

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Thursday, May 21

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

• Kitchen delivery for the 9^th and 10^th floors.

Friday, May 22

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Suites coming together at Backstage

 NOTES:

• All rebar deliveries are now complete.
• A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
