This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for May 9 – 15, 2015. 

Interior suite work, equipment material deliveries and podium deck clean-up are the main construction activities this week.

Saturday, May 9

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

• Subcontractor Itlaform cleaning up materials the podium deck.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Tuesday, May 12

• Delivery of the chiller to the site. Some short-term impacts on traffic will occur.

 NOTES:

• All rebar deliveries are now complete.
• A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
