This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for May 2 – 8, 2015. 

Work on the podium deck outdoor swimming pool, interior suite work and material deliveries are the main construction activities this week.

Saturday, May 2

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

 Monday, May 4

• Drywall delivery for the 17th Floor.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Tuesday, May 5

• Delivery of roofing material.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Wednesday, May 6

• Subcontractor Itlaform pouring concrete for the 5^th floor outdoor swimming pool, from 1:00 pm.

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Thursday, May 7

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

Friday, May 8

• Wood trim delivery from 7:00 am

• Interior suite work: drywall and finishing.

 NOTES:

• All rebar deliveries are now complete.
• A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
