Backstage Construction Schedule April 25 – May 1, 2015

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for April 25 – May 1, 2015. 

Work on the podium deck outdoor swimming pool and interior suite drywall work are the main construction activities this week.

• Subcontractor Itlaform forming the 5^th floor outdoor swimming pool.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

 Monday, April 27

• Subcontractor Itlaform forming the 5^th floor outdoor swimming pool.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Tuesday, April 28

• Subcontractor Itlaform starting a concrete pour for the5^th floor outdoor swimming pool starting at 10:00am.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Wednesday, April 29

• Subcontractor Itlaform forming the 5^th floor outdoor swimming pool.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Thursday, April 30

• Subcontractor Itlaform starting a concrete pour for the5^th floor outdoor swimming pool starting at 10:00am.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Friday, May 1

• Subcontractor Itlaform forming the 5^th floor outdoor swimming pool.

• Interior suite drywall and finishing.

 NOTES:

• All rebar deliveries are now complete.
• A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
