Backstage Construction Schedule April 13 – 17, 2015

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for April 13 – 17, 2015. 

Last concrete pour for the tower and work on the podium deck outdoor swimming pool are the main construction activities this week.

 Monday, April 13

  • Last concrete pour for the tower, elevator curbs on the roof (8 meters of concrete), starting at 12:00 pm. 
  • Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Tuesday, April 14

  • Subcontractor Italform demobilizing their equipment and materials.
  • Working on 5th floor swimming pool.
  • Waterproofing 5th floor podium.
  • Interior suite drywall and finishing.
  • 35th floor Window delivery occupying north curb lane of the Esplanade, starting at 2:00 pm to approximately 4:00 pm.

Wednesday, April 15

  • Subcontractor Italform demobilizing their equipment and materials.
  • Working on 5th floor swimming pool.
  • Waterproofing 5th floor podium.
  • Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Thursday, April 16

  • Subcontractor Italform demobilizing their equipment and materials.
  • Working on 5th floor swimming pool.
  • Waterproofing 5th floor podium.
  • Interior suite drywall and finishing.

Friday, April 17

  • Subcontractor Italform demobilizing their equipment and materials.
  • Working on 5th floor swimming pool.
  • Waterproofing 5th floor podium.
  • Interior suite drywall and finishing.

 NOTES:

    • All rebar deliveries are now complete.
    • Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
    • Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
    • There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete or delivery trucks are moved into position.
    • Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
