This is the REVISED construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for February 23 – 27, 2015.  

UPDATED: Concrete pours for the ROOF slab may now begin this Friday. Extreme weather may once again affect the construction schedule. Please check back for regular updates.

Monday, February 23

• CANCELLED due to weather: A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Tuesday, February 24

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Wednesday, February 25

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Thursday, February 26

• Rebar deliveries starting at 7 am

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (35 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Friday, February 27

• Tentative: 36^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, may begin today at 11:00 am.

• Tentative: After slab, wall & column pour (35 metres of concrete). 

• Tentative: Concrete Finishing until to 11:30 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer may be on-site when required and when available to assist with traffic control, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
