8 The Esplanade – L Tower Saturday, February 14, 2015 – Sunday, February 22, 2015.
New residents move in every week to the L Tower. Sidewalk work will resume once temperatures moderate sufficiently to permit it.

- Interior work continues on multiple floors.
- Move-ins are ongoing through the Yonge Street entrance.
- Valet parking for L Tower residents continues on the north side of The Esplanade, west of Scott Street.

LOOKING AHEAD:
- Update: The Large Crane Tower was scheduled to remain in place over the winter and be removed in March, it now may not be removed until April.
- Update: the Sony Centre Plaza is now scheduled to be completed by June 2015, prior to the Pan Am Games.
L Tower & Backstage Construction Information 
Yet one more delay, without any real reasoning why. The units are all already sold, but does this ever speak to the quality/reliability of the builder.
We’re not sure delay you are speaking of? We have noted that the impact of severe cold on pouring concrete at Backstage. L Tower is substantially complete and residents are moving in every day. Sadly the cold weather is not something any builder can solve.
