This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for Saturday, February 14, 2015.  

Note: Extreme cold weather continues to cause delays and rescheduling of concrete pours and deliveries. 

The current Backstage "construction streetscape" will be replaced by a broad sidwalk, trees, animated by retail and the entrance to the new public exhibit space on the second floor of the building.

Saturday, February 14

  • Weather permitting, a window delivery is scheduled to bring window and glazing for 2 floors, starting at 9:00am.

The construction schedule for Monday, February 16 – Friday, February 20 was not available at post time. We will post that information by Tuesday morning. Please check back.
