New neighbourhood residents are occupying their as move-ins continue to the L Tower. Streetscape improvements continue as weather permits.

• Interior work continues on multiple floors.

• Move-ins are ongoing through the Yonge Street entrance.

• Sidewalk work will continue as weather conditions permit.

• Valet parking for L Tower residents continues on the north side of The Esplanade, west of Scott Street.

LOOKING AHEAD: 

• The Large Crane Tower is currently scheduled to remain in place over the winter and will be removed in March, 2015.

• The Sony Centre Plaza is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2015 and be ready for a spring opening.
