This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade, Backstage condominium – for January 24 – 30, 2015.  

Note: 35th Floor is scheduled to be poured this week. However, depending on the severity of the weather, concrete pours noted here may be cancelled and rescheduled. Please check back for regular updates.

  • Window delivery–2 floors worth of exterior windows, starting at 9:00 am. There may be some impact on eastbound traffic.

Monday, January 26, 2015

  • No rebar deliveries or concrete pours scheduled. 

Tuesday, January 27, 2015

  • 35th Floor slab concrete pours #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
  • After slab, wall & column pour (50 metres of concrete). 
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Wednesday, January 28, 2015

  • 35th Floor slab concrete pours #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.
  • After slab, wall & column pour (40 metres of concrete). 
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Thursday, January 29, 2015

  • Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
  • 35th Floor slab concrete pours #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
  • After slab, wall & column pour (53 metres of concrete). 
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

  • A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (63 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

 NOTES:

    • Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily, when available, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control when required. 
    • Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
    • There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
    • Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
