L Tower Update January 12 – 16, 2015

  • 8 The Esplanade – L Tower Saturday, Monday, January 12, 2015 – Friday, January 16 

Sidewalk work has been postponed until weather conditions improve. 

Interior work on the site is ongoing. As the L Tower is partially occupied, there will be people coming and going to their homes and the valet parking service for L Tower residents will be ongoing.

  • Interior work continues on multiple floors.
  • Move-ins are ongoing through the Yonge Street entrance.
  • Sidewalk work has been postponed till weather conditions improve.
  • The Large Crane Tower is currently scheduled to remain in place over the winter and will be removed in March, 2015.  
  • The Sony Centre Plaza is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2015 and be ready for a spring opening.
