L Tower Update December 29 – January 3

Happy New Year!

Work on the site will not occur during the statutory  holidays. However, as the L Tower is now partially occupied, there will be people coming and going to their homes and the valet parking service for L Tower residents will be ongoing.

• Interior work continues on multiple floors.

• Move-ins are ongoing through the Yonge Street entrance.

• Sidewalk work on Yonge Street is ongoing, weather permitting. The revised update is that sidewalk work will be completed in January at the corner of The Esplanade and Yonge.

• The Large Crane Tower is currently scheduled to remain in place over the winter and will be removed in March, 2015.  

• The Sony Centre Plaza is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2015 and be ready for a spring opening.
