This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for December 29, 2014 – January 3, 2015. The next schedule will be published by Monday, January 5.

NOTE: Concrete pours resume on January 5, 2015.

Tuesday, December 30

• Interior work on-site.

Wednesday, December 31

• Interior work. Site closing early. 

Thursday, January 1 – Site Closed for the Holiday. 

Friday, January 2

• Internal work on site from 9:00 am.

Saturday, January 3 

• Internal work on site from 9:00 am.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily, when available, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control when required. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
