This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for December 20 – 27, 2014. The next schedule will be published on Monday, December 29. Updates are published when required.

Backstage Looking Up from Yonge & The Esplanade, December 19, 2014

Saturday, December 20.

• Window delivery 4 tractor trailers which will occupy the south lane of The Esplanade, from 9:00 am 1:00 pm

Monday, December 22

• Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.

• Cancelled — 33^rd Floor slab concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.

• Cancelled — After slab, wall & column concrete pour (45 metres of concrete). 

• Cancelled — Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Tuesday, December 23

• Cancelled — A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Wednesday, December 24 

• Interior work throughout the day.

Thursday, December 25 – Christmas Day – Site Closed for the Holiday. 

Friday, December 26 – Boxing Day – Site Closed for the Holiday. 

Saturday, December 27 

• Internal work on site from 9:00 am.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily, when available, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control when required. 
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
