This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for December 13 – 19, 2014.

Saturday, December 13
- Raising the tower crane, from 9:00 am.
- Window delivery which will occupy the south lane of The Esplanade, from 11:00 am.
Monday, December 15
- Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
- 31stFloor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
- After slab, wall & column concrete pour (45 metres of concrete).
- Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.
Tuesday, December 16
- A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (43 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.
Wednesday, December 17
- Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
- 32ndFloor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:30 am.
- After slab, wall & column pour (33 metres of concrete).
- Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.
Thursday, December 18
- Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
- 32ndFloor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
- An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (33 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.
- Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.
Friday, December 19
- Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
- 32nd Floor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
- An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (33 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.
- Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.
NOTES:
- A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily, when available, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
- Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
- There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
- Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
