This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for December 6 – 12, 2014.

Saturday, December 6

  • Dominus construction crew doing winter protection work on-site, from 9:00 am.
  • Interior suite work from 9:00 am.

Monday, December 8

  • Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
  • 30thFloor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
  • After slab, wall & column concrete pour (33 metres of concrete). 
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Tuesday, December 9

  • 30thFloor slab concrete pour #3, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:30 am.
  • After slab, wall & column pour (33 metres of concrete). 
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Wednesday, December 10

  • A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (43 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

ThursdayDecember 11

  • Rebar delivery, scheduled to begin at 7:00 am.
  • 31stFloor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
  • An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (33 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

Friday, December 12

  • 31st Floor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.
  • An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (33 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.
  • Concrete Finishing until to 11:00 pm.

 NOTES:

  • Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily, when available, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
  • Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
  • There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
  • Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
