Update on Esplanade vehicular closure November 12

Please note that The Esplanade will remain closed to vehicular traffic through the weekend of November 15/16.

The roadway requires resurfacing. Our present information is that a contractor is not available to do the repaving work until Saturday November 15 and it will take at least a day for the new asphalt to cure. 

Pedestrian access is being maintained both on the south side of the street beside the Backstage condominium construction site, and on the north side to permit access to the L Tower. 

The construction management team apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
