Backstage Construction Schedule October 18 – 24

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for October 18 – 24, 2014

Saturday, October 18

• Window delivery starting at 9:00am, south curb lane of The Esplanade will be occupied. from 9:00 am. 

Monday, October 20

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Tuesday, October 21

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 23^rdFloor slab concrete pour #1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Wednesday, October 22

• 23^rdFloor slab concrete pour #2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Thursday, October 23

• 23^rd Floor slab concrete pour #3 – part 1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

Friday, October 24

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 23^rd Floor slab concrete pour #3 – part 2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 10:30 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:00 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
