Backstage Construction Schedule September 22 – 26

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for September 22 – 26, 2014.

Monday, September 22

• 18^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, PART 2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Tuesday, September 23

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Wednesday, September 24

• 19^th  Floor slab concrete pour #1, PART 1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Thursday, September 25

• 19^th Floor slab concrete pour #1, PART 2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:00 am.

• An after-slab wall and column concrete pour (36 metres of concrete) to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Friday, September 26

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
