Backstage Construction Schedule September 13 – 19

This is the current construction schedule for 1 The Esplanade – L Tower parking and Backstage condominium – for September 13 – 19, 2014. UPDATED September 18.

Backstage condominium first floor of windows installed.

Saturday, September 13

• Protective platform to be raised , by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 9:00 am.

• Dominus crew testing the internal hoist and doing housekeeping duties on-site.

Monday, September 15

• 17^th Floor slab concrete pour #3, PART 2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 33 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Tuesday, September 16

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Wednesday, September 17

• A wall and column concrete pour, by subcontractor Italform (45 metres of concrete), scheduled to run from 12:30 pm.

Thursday, September 18

• 18^th  Floor slab concrete pour #1, PART 1, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 33 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• NEW: Subcontractor, Italform will be raising the crane 3 storeys between 3 pm and 7 pm.

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

Friday, September 19

• Rebar delivery from 7:00 am.

• 18^th Floor slab concrete pour #1, PART 2, by subcontractor Italform, scheduled to begin at 11:30 am.

• An after-slab concrete pour for 9th floor walls and columns, 33 metres of concrete, to begin following the main slab pour.

• NEW: Toro Aluminum will be delivering a tractor trailer load of windows starting at 3:00 pm and running until 7:00 pm

• Concrete Finishing until to 10:30 pm.

 NOTES:

• A Paid Duty Police Officer is on-site daily Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm daily to assist with traffic control.
• Concrete pour schedules and times are subject to weather conditions.
• There may be some short-term impacts on traffic flow as concrete trucks are moved into position.
• Concrete trucks must keep their engines running during the pouring process.
